Any clever accountant types know how much tax a single person with a microentreprise (services) would pay on earnings of 10,000 euros per annum?

If you are talking about income tax, then the answer is probably nil. Only about 50% of working people in France pay any income tax.

If you are talking social charges. If this is your first year, then about 3K, second year about 4.5K third year then about 47% of your firsy year earnings etc etc.
