woodywoody Posted September 6, 2005 Share Posted September 6, 2005 Hi Just got a tax fonciere bill from the tax peopleTrying to understand how the amount is calculated..there seems to be 3 or 4 different taxesCommune (13.79%)Syndicat de commune 0%Department 6.78%Region 1.93%Tax speciale de equipment 0.069%Ordures Menageres 8.41% I am in a new apartment and don't appear to have been charged most of them just the (ordures menageres) I filled out an H2 form which is supposed to give a 2 year expemption My question is.. in a couple of years when the exemption ends will I be paying all of them i.e. about 30% of the Base Valuation? many thanks in advance Woody Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
