P
Thought those of you looking to send money to France (from the UK) would be interested in rates that I was quoted yesterday to transfer just over 200,000 euros. The rates were the spot rate and a future date in mid January. The calls to the various organisations were made one after the other - the enquiries took no longer than 15 minutes. The currency dealers are all ‘known’ ones. Currency dealer 1 is essentially Internet based. The phone / internet based bank is a division of a high street bank. I thought the performance of the banks was ‘interesting’. The ‘Difference’ is the increase in cost over the cheapest.
