cassie
Am in the process of buying a French property in E. Brittany. The ONLY thing I will miss about the U.K. is real ale , draught, on hand-pull. Are there any bars ,probably associated with micro-breweries, which sell the real thing in dept. 35- Ille et Vilaine??In fact, maybe I`m better offf finding the "pub" first and then finding a house!! [/quote]There are Breton ales which are brewed locally and sold on draught in some bars/pubs in Brittany and, according to my OH, they are good, different to the UK real ales, but good, sound ales. Worth some research in your local area. Sue
