Be Careful with your non-caped variable rate ...

I don't want to scare anyone, but i see more and more people who have a mortgage in France with variable rate non caped and are really frightened with the higher repayment they have compared to what it was when they set up their mortgage.[+o(]

I just want to inform you that usually you can stop this and change it to a fixed rate(the one offered by your bank today) or look somewhere else to refinance your existing mortgage into a permanent fixed rate(be careful for the one fixed for 1, 3 or 5 years because the problem will keep on to be the same after these periods).

It's better to think about it now than when it will be too late...[:'(]
