dawn
Hello, we are wanting to sell our land (36) and have been trying to contact the immobilier but after numerous messages and emails we still haven't heard from them. We are very keen to get the ball rolling on this but im unsure what to do. We live in the UK so im finding it very hard to find other immobilers in the area, any ideas on what we can do next and the process of getting it valued. Many thanks
Patf
It looks as if Tours is one of the biggest towns in your Dept. So search in Google under "Tours Immobiliers".I had a quick look and there are a few mentioned. Better to ring than to email, I would think. Gastines
You may also do well if you contact a Notaires office and get them to value it and deal with the sale. I believe the fees might be less. Don't be in a hurry as even after a buyer is found the sale can take 6 months plus to complete.Bonne Chance. dawn
Thank you very much for your replies and pm's! We will contact the notaires office and go from there. We don't want to sell but unfortunately we have no choice due to the current climate. It's so sad - we wanted to bring our children up there. Thanks again
