Chancer
The staff in my bank (C.L.) enjoy 67 bank holidays a year!If you want to speak to someone about your account you are expected to wait between one and two weeks for an appointment with your "personal counseller", you know the ones that you never meet but who write to you every 6 months to explain that they have taken over from their predecessor! The last time there was a sign further back pointing to an office that said "come in, no appointment necessary" when I pointed this out it was just like the Nationwide advert "oh no sir, that is for new customers wanting to open an account!"I explained that I was going to wait and if I did not get to see someone then I would indeed be a new customer at another bank[:D]Before anyone asks the sign and the conversations were in French.
