landlord falsified information on rental agreement (listed as furnished)

Ten years ago I needed to move quickly and found the perfect house.

the owner falsified rental contract.  I signed it.  he listed it as furnished.  it was not.  I have photos and other persons who were with

me at the time who will verify this...etc.  I am an American and find I must go back to the US because of illness of daughter.  i

I need six months notice...do I have any recourse?  Thanks so much.  Karin marie
