phylisbide Posted May 11, 2010 Share Posted May 11, 2010 We received permis de construire in August 2009 and have not started building - the plot is for sale. We have received an invoice which relates to this which appears to be payable in two tranches - one February 2011 and the other in August 2012. I have two questions. It seems that this will be payable regardless of whether the work has started on the building, is this the case?
