poppet
We usually get a reimbursement with our tax return (for which we are very grateful!) Although hubby pays social charges he doesnt earn enough even working full time (self-employed) to pay tax so how come we get a rebate? Is it like a family credit thing or is it overpayment of social charges? Cheers

Cheers[/quote]Hi, If you have completed sec.1, page 3 of form 2042, "pour recevoir la prime pour l'emploi", and your revenue from employment is low enough to qualify , it may be that.
