It used to be about 7% - although I can't remember if that was including or plus TVA, but someone I know who is putting their house up for sale at €150.000 has signed mandates showing fixed commission in one case of €11.100 and in another of over €12.000.It would seem that these agents wouldn't be striving for the best price as their commissions would be the same if the house sold for €50.000!Any thoughts?
