Contributions Sociales Tax form 2047 section 9

I'm sorry if this has been asked before but I can't find it by searching the forum.

I have an employers' pension and a state pension. My wife has a Teachers pension and a state pension. All are declared in section 1 and my wife's Teacher's pension in section 6.

I have never declared anything in section 9 before but when I was selecting the sections to delare this year, a reference to Contributions Sociales popped up. Should I be completing this section and does it have something to do with the form S1, which both of us have?
