Chateaux/Small Chateaux Identification

Hello french chateaux experts, 

Can Someone help me identify using just 2 photographies one building? The building you can see in the photos should be either in Occitanie or in NOuvelle Aquitanie. I would make a bet and say it is somewhere around Toulouse, but I am not sure.

Back to the photo, I’m guessing it is 100 % in a place that you really really don’t want to live in.

I like the three guys looking at it in the first photo. Lol.

This is not trough an agent. I ve been there at some point, I just dont have the exif of the photo and cant remember where was it and I want to know.

Overhauled and renovated, it could be quite an impressive place.

Try dragging the two photos into 'Google Images' and see what that throws up.

I tried with imagines, lens, even with the AI search engine from Google and Microsoft. Does not work. And I just hope there i a specialist in chateaux and manors around here that can help me identify.

I have tried all the searches I can think of.

Unless you have a more precise location….I doubt very much we will find it. Unless it is for sale or abandoned. 
 

My problem is that I don’t really think it is a Châteaux…..in the traditional sense. It looks more like a large fancy house. A manoir or something like that.

is their an award if I track it down ?

I agree ALBF, it looks abandoned (plenty of broken windows) so probably for sale as well. And not a chateau either, a manoir or maison de maitre perhaps. Bearing in mind that immobiliers rarely put the exact location of properties they have for sale, they can be hard to track down, unless you visit with them.

This is not a chateaux, I give that to you. More like a manor, small aristocracy home, or something like this. The only award I can give is to let you know that this serves a good purpose, finding the location would help in a very tricky situation.

Did you take the photo on your phone? (Don't know what an exif is?)

Exif is the file attached to a photo that gives you info about the photo, such as location, date and time, etc. I have received this photos trough whatsapp and this made the exif to be lost in process.

Yeah, unfortunately I cant. I know this is a long shot, but maybe there is someone around here that recognise the bloody house.

Could you not ask the person who sent you the photo to check the exif on the original?

Unfortunately, Mihai, there are posters here who tend towards disruptive, self-opinionated and belligerent retorts towards other posters content when it fails to chime with their own. This is likely to be a factor, along with the unsolicited advertising and second rate software, contributing to the overall demise of this 20+ year forum.

I hesitate to respond to the previous post but maybe I should make some contribution to the thread before it all dies. The two chateau that are suggested are well maintained buildings and grounds that are well known tourist destinations. These are rather incompatible with the photos presented by the OP so are unlikely to be helpful suggestions.
