DraytonBoy
Bit of a long shot as I doubt this applies to many here.Does anyone know what social charges etc are deducted from a French pension if you live in and are a UK tax resident?
DaveLister
Idun would be the person to ask I would think. I know she's not posting here much so perhaps a PM?
menthe
I agree, idun would be the person you need. However, just thought I'd mention that, the last time I was in touch with her, she did not seem overly eager to post on here. Still, if she saw your post, I am sure she'd come on to help🙂
munawar2584
Here's what you need to know about French social charges in 2022. If you hold form S1, you don't need to pay social charges on your UK pension income, and now the French tax authorities have confirmed that the favourable 7.5% rate on investment income and capital gains continues to apply to UK nationals post-Brexit.
