anotherbanana
Phew, it is over, the annual Xmas madness and tomorrow the child and grand child leave. How long will it take to get things back to normal, our way; cutlery in chaos, bits of toys in the vacuum cleaner, favourite seats refluffed and returned to the long term users, dog comes out of hiding.. But the worst has been the constant whine about the thermostat; I function at 17 quite happily but do wear great warm longjohns but they seem to think that 21 is minimal. And all those baths, daily when we are showerers. How long will it take to get the bills down to normal?

Lehaut
Our eldest came over from Japan where he is livingstudying. First Christmas all together for 3 years. Gladly pay the extra in heating to have him here with us! (actually joking, bought him a pair or thick slipper socks for his present, plus a thick blanket to wrap himself up in on the settee😉)
