We are looking to buy a place in France soon.

our budget is up to 500k euros but ideally less than that.

We are looking for a holiday home 

- something like a mason de maitre with a pool

- near a town

- near somewhere to swim such as a river or lake but ideally the sea

- 3 bedrooms plus

- little or no renovation needed

- located anywhere south of the Loire valley
