NormanH
This report in Le Figaro suggests that the old rule by which the tax on 'plus value' of a résidence sécondaire was progressively reduced after 5 years to 0 after 15 years of ownership is now being replaced by a new one in which the time is 30 years, rather than being replaced by a calculation based on inflation as previously reported:"les plus-values issues de la vente de résidences secondaires et d'investissement locatif seront exonérées au bout de 30 ans de détention.
