I'm thinking of buying an apartment off-plan at this new development.

Does anyone know about this block facing the sea?

There seems to be v little detail available on it.

Is it a busy road that runs past it?

And what is the beach like there at Moriani?

Would you recommend the area for holiday home?

I would spend some time ( two or three months) there (Corsica) before I contemplated buying property. I believe it was reported that the local Chief of Police spent sometime in a private clinic having 'Surgery Esthetique' following an arson attack on an illegally constructed beach front restaurant. Parisians of my aquantance claim that two thirds of the Corsicans who migrate to the mainland do so in order to provide employment for the other third who have joined the Police. They may well be all tarred with the same brush and it is pure fiction left over from the 30s but I would spend time there before I purchased.

I find it quite odd how many French people give Corsica a hard time. A small proportion of the old wives tales could be justified. But still the amount home/business owners that are French, not to mention the amount French holiday makers that flock here year after year think the opposite. The media has lot to answer for.
