The place they were buying has fallen through as one of the family members doesn't want to sell his share!Anyway - they have found another small cottage which they won't be able to move into until August so....has anyone in the Ruffec/Confolens/Civray triangle got a place with garden or courtyard to rent out for a couple of months?
