Must have planning permission for a building or include some property either renovated or in need of renovation. Anything considered. Within the following areas Loire, Indre, Central, Vendee, Vienne, Deux Sevres, Charente or Dordogne, Limousin or Thereabouts. If anyone knows of anything would be most grateful of the info.
