Someone told me once that I wasn't invited to a 'dinner party' because it was all couples and she thought I might feel 'left out'. They were all friends of mine too! Dinner Party suddenly sounds very quaint and old fashioned. Is that just me?Anyway good luck with finding some new playmates Jeanie. Perhaps you could join in here by posting on other threads.
