The house is 3/4 beds, detached, 3 large reception, large garden, and asking price is E276,000 - this seems on the high side to us, given that it has no pool & there seems to be lots around the £275,000 mark with a pool!If anyone knows this village & the immediate area, I'd be most grateful for any 'insider' information.
