NormanH
Ah but what proof did you ask for that you had told them of the change?A 'lettre recommandée' for example ...
EuroTrashII
I had this same problem, kept going in to the bank and stood there and watched them change it on the computer, mail still went to the old address. Eventually I sent a very stroppy letter. They then amalgamated the two addresses, and the address box became a solid paragraph of text with random house names, street names, village names and town names in any old order. Fortunately they could only get one postcode onto the system and they chose the new one, so the mail reached us. We apologised to the postman, I think they must have got used to it at the sorting office, anyway it stayed like that until we moved to France full time. idun
Have you tried emailing your conseiller? That is all I need to do. Edit, yes but the BNP needed a threatening letter, I had forgotten, as did the CM. But my present bank is quite good with such things.
