Belle
There is a shop just opened selling english food, I'm not sure if I am allowed to give the address, but if I say not far from Challans. If you would like the name and address, please e-mail me.

Bastet
Just out of interest, do items in these shops tend to be cheaper or more expensive than the same English products in french supermarkets?
lucky luke
In my experience, a bit more expensive.
Jazzer
I can only speak of the St Jean shop which sells items mainly from Tesco. The prices are exactly the same as in UK allowing for the rate of excahnge obviously. Don't quite know how they do it. I know that on 2 items, Colmans mustard( If I remember correctly a large jar for the price of a small one) and Heinz baked beans- they are very much cheaper than the same items at the local Leclerc. His bacon and sausages from a butcher in devon are just like I remember as a boy.
