Property Management needed Pouzauges area

Hi we have a house near to Pouzauges and are looking to rent it out again starting 2017 so will need someone to manage the changeovers etc. It's a 3 bed single storey place, very easy to clean and prepare, it has an in ground pool on an automated control system, we are looking for Saturday changeovers. Previous experience of letting it means it's really only through the peak period. If anyone is interested please contact me with details.
