Daft Doctor
Not really finance but didn't know where else to put it. I want to send a letter within France which weighs between 100g and 250g, therefore cost for letter prioritaire is 2,40 euros. I have a carnet of 20g red stamps. Each cost 60 cents. Logically, if I were in the UK sending a letter like this I would just bung 4 stamps on it and all would be fine. Can I do just the same in France, or do I need to do something different. The letter is quite important so want tomake sure enough postage is on it. Many thanks and sorry if it isn't in the correct place!
Clair
Yes, you can use multiple stamps to cover the cost of postage [:)].
Gardian
Pls understand that I'm not contradicting Clair .............. but if there's anything that's important for me, I take it to the Post Office and get them to put one of their sticky labels on it. It just takes the human ("has this person put enough stamps on it") element out of it.
