Surveyors/Architect near Marciac -Gers 32

Hi All

After 5 months it looks like we might have found our dream property!

Can anyone recommend a good surveyor and also an architect near me (Marciac Gers 32). Also has anyone any idea how much a survey is for a 300m2 house, I presume its priced on the size of property???.

We used an excellent surveyor by the name of Philip Armitage (we have

used him twice now in fact!)  The first time we used his services

it was for a house which  had slippage - the second time for the

house we are now buying - both in Dept 24.)  We called him to request a survey and

he arranged the survey in less than 5 days and reported to us (in

detail) verbally within 24 hours of his visit.We received his report in

writing in less than 72 hours of his visit.  We found him to be

very efficient and reasonably priced - he has also recommended artisans

where needed.
