Benjamin Posted June 8, 2012 Share Posted June 8, 2012 There's nothing new there that isn't already in the public domain except the article seems to be mixing up it's millions and billions [:D] but does anyone care any more?It will come down to the Spanish government agreeing, or not, as opposed to the bailout going directly to the banking sector.If the government accept the loan then Brussels will be poring over the Spanish "books" for ever and a day. mint Posted June 8, 2012 Share Posted June 8, 2012 It's not certain or perhaps even likely but, if there is a push for there to be a "State of Europe" and the UK does hold the long-debated referendum and then pull out of the "New Europe", then we who are British citizens and live here might have some tough decisions to make?
