moving out ....sooner than we thought

Hello... been in a rented cottage near perigueux which we have for two

years. They let us have it really cheap as we were long term renters

...problem is we have now gone and bought our own place and we have to

let the owners know we will be moving out 18 months early. Kinda hoped

we would have someone to take our place to soften the blow.... so if

any one needs a cottage 25km west of perigueux please let me know.... 

we should be going in september-october time depending on french

lawyers etc...

help please
