I would like to put a large one up on the road for our hotel.Do you happen to know any legal requirements. I will make a proposition to our marie but it would be nice to know any information before hand like the maximum size. The marie told us that if it is too big it is classed as building work and would incur costs although they have not yet specified which size and how much it would cost. jon Posted October 16, 2008 Share Posted October 16, 2008 Where are you bases?We had a sign made and the company is bnased just outside Ste Foy and there is another company in Bergerac called Ace.You just ask permisssion from your Marie and he will need to know the size of your intended sign.It cost a few hundred pounds [complete]incl the artwork. I found a company on yellow pages and so am off to see what they have to offer.They quoted about 350€ for the lot including sticking it in the ground... which sounds like it will pay for itself very quickly I will see what the outcome is pretty soon.
