Cliodhna
Where's it happening down south.
Tresco
Hi.I don't live down there, but doesn't it 'happen' where ever two or more Irish get together on that day? Did you know St Patrick was ordained in France?
Piprob
Would it be indiscreet to ask what happens when two or more Irish get together - and if ordination is a recommendation for it?
Opalienne
Ordained or not we still enjoy ourselves on St. Patrick's Day (and most other days too). I have promised the local cafe that I will cook an Irish dish for the plat du jour this evening - am going to do boiled bacon, cabbage and parsley sauce. No idea what the locals will make of it but I will enjoy it!
Piprob
Wish I was there. Still waking-up to bitterly cold Hampshire mornings. Whatever you get up to celbrate Paddy's day, I'll bet its twice the fun in the warm. Roll on July when I'm back to the Haut Vallee.
