Some things are kept quite quiet.

It would appear that there is a natural method available of injecting and saving trees that are due to be felled along the Canal du Mdi, but Mme. Royale doesn't seem to think that it's not worth the money to get it tested for FREE?

I've signed up for it and if you will too?? Please pass it on to your friends as well.

Edit :  - I forgot to put this on here too

Just as a matter of interest this is a before/after of the side of the Canal between the Port of Trebes and the triple locks 1/4 mile east

Believe it or not they were taken from the same point.

I can only agree with both points Andy. It was a shame that the same make was planted all at the same time. But originally there was a variety with oak as a major choice. The idea was that when, not if, there was the need for repairs to the barges on route then the wood was on site as it were.

A few stretches have different trees with a stretch of cypress at Pont Rouge, NE of Carcassonne, and quite a lot of tulip trees east of Trebes. It would probably turn out that someone is having to enlarge a big back pocket to house all the cash made from the cutting down jobbie?
