Elaine56 Posted May 20, 2004 Share Posted May 20, 2004 We are re-locating to France in July and amongst other things I will miss are my visits to Borders (and Books.) I was wondering how much demand is there in the Ploermel area for a Book Club/Reading Group. I have visited the Office Culturale and have details to join the Club de Lecture that meets in Ploermel, but I was thinking more on the lines of a bi-lingual or English book-club.We probably would not meet until September once all our summer visitors have gone home, although we could start reading our first book during the summer months to get started. Alternatively we could follow the Radio 4 book club reading list.There are many resources to download reading notes from publishers web sites to help us, so how many Ploermelaise out there that may be interested.
