Dublin_Annie Posted September 8, 2004 Share Posted September 8, 2004 Well keyholder really.We've just bought (well almost) a house just beside St Vran (Nr Merdrignac). We plan to spend the summers there plus a few other breaks. We need someone to help keep an eye on the property. I think we may have a gardener so that's not essential but someone who could pop by every now & then and could air the house, put the heating on before we come over. We often open houses up to give them an airing whilst my husband is gardening. And as he visits the properties every 10-14 days he is also able to do a security/maintenance check at the same time.
