It would need a minimum of three bedrooms a telephone line (if poss), a garden, and be away from main roads. Furnished or unfurnished (unfurnished preferably, but not a problem). It would probably be for 10-12 months from the end of March. Preferably not more than ten minutes drive away from the town. Looking at approximately 500 Euros per month for the right property. We have looked at one in town which, size wise, would have been ideal but, we have pets and it was too close to the main road through Percy. We are waiting for the Notaire in Percy to come up with the keys to a second property but so far the owner is being elusive. Really, I suppose, our requirements would suit someone who owns a Gite and wants to try long term lets or someone who has a holiday home and wants to raise some funds to help with maintenance costs etc. We would obviously be paying for the water/gas/electric/telephone as well as the rent.
