Tosher
I have a traditional French enclosed fire, but unfortunately on of the small side panels of glass is broken. Does anybody know of a tradesman who could replace this successfully in my house, near Hesdin?Terry
Tim
No replies - I'm not in your area - but down here in Haute Normandie I got my glass replaced by the chap in our local Weldom. Taking the door off my Godin was quite simple, so I dropped it off in the morning and collected it in the afternoon. Regards - Tim
sueyh
Sounds like Weldom might be your man or shop. I think there is one in Hesdin, if not there is one in Auxi le Chateau or a Fernagut in St Pol sur Ternoise.Hope the table footie league is going well....!Suey H
Gastines
If you advise your house insurer you should find that they will pay on receipt of your paid invoice.
Tosher
Thanks for Tip about insurance. It is not the door glass that needs replacing. That would be easy to do. It is one of the small side panels. Thanks anyway. Good to see people read this site.
Tosher
I'll have a look at lunch or tea - depends upon state of light and umpires.
