Cec
Guret do have a web site (in French) : www.ville-gueret.fr and therefore, an email address : mairie@ville-gueret.frBut none of the other Creuse towns seems to.You still have another possibility with the Conseil gnral de la Creuse (Dpartement) online at cg23.fr (in French too). Can't tell more.Ccile

Le Grand Bourg is a very nice area. and I wish you all the best there.Drop me a line if you are ever the other side of the RN145.SJ
Paris
Greetings - we have had a second home in Chatelus, a few km south of you, since 1992. Markets:La SouterraineEvery Thursday and SaturdayLe Grand Bourg12th, 17th each month and 20 Dec.GueretEvery Thurs and Saturday - parking can be hell in the centre of Gueret then, so one needs to know the streets and do as the French do.Best wishes
Paris
Further, re Mairie: suggest you try Pages Jaunes via internet, and address any snail-mail or email to M. le Maire, even though it may well be his/her secretary who opens and replies! For tutor - check La Souterraine, can always go and ask at the Mairie there, or in the library when it is open of course as French library opening times can be even more eccentric than in England.
