pet passport savvy vet around?

Recommended Posts

Does anyone know of a vets in the region who are au fait with all the PETS UK re-entry requirements should we choose to bring our UK kitties out on holiday to Indre with us? They all seem (understandably) to be near the channel ports, which would entail a nightstop on the way back.
Thanks all

There is a good vet at Selles sur Cher. It is Dr. Carre (the 'e' has an acute accent)
Telephone

The location of the surgery

Take the road from Selles sur Cher in the direction of Tours.
As you are leaving the main town area you will pass the railway station on the right.
The vet's surgery is not far past here, also on the right.
It is a modern, detached, single storey building.

Not sure what region - which town?

My local vet in France had no problems at all with the Pet travel scheme, relieves me of €50 each visit.

Also remember you cant call in at a vet on the way back, the treatment for return to UK needs to be done 24 - 48 hrs before arrival in UK
