Mikew
If it is a petrol mower, change the petrol for fresh stuff, it goes stale over winter and won't start the motor. (I had this problem recently, started first go on fresh fuel.)Mike
Motorhead
And drain the old petrol out of the carb as well. If it still won't start there's a place called Richard & Bourqui near Brico Depot in Domerat.
Dave&Olive
it`s probably just plug whiskers, a bit of damp and if it`s 2 stroke the petrol in the carb evaporating leaving a strong oil mixfetch in side to a warm room to remove damp.shake to mix oil/petrol mix if 2 stroke drain carb ie flood with primer needleremove plug and cleanthen try itdave
Alcazar
When I first had a motor mower, here in the UK, I thought the bit about draining the petrol was an old wive's tale, but sure enough, mine refused to start, so I drained it, replaced with fresh and it went first pull.Alcazar

Chris Head
Good advice Dave, if I know I'm not going to use my chainsaws for a while, 7 or 8 of them, I drain the fuel, start them up and run them dry and store them in a dry place. Same goes for any two stroke equipment.Chris
