Schools in Correze- Tulle - Argentat

Is there anyone out there to give me some advice on schools in the Correze region, dept 19, Tulle, Argentat and possibly Brive at a push will be the nearest.

I have 2 children girl 13 and a boy 6, I think the boy will be OK but the teenager will be a problem and it would be great if there any English speakers in the same areas to help her settle in.

Are there any families settled in these areas and can shed any light on this topic, it's the only thing holding us back from moving out there.

I have posted messages on other web forums and had no replies lets hope this one is lucky.
