Just in case anyone is interested, one of our neighbours (North 87, not far from St Sulpice les Feuilles) has a lovely blue Godin wood-burning cuisiniere in cast iron that he wants rid of.  Any offer would be considered as he really just wants it out of the way.  Its too big for us, or we would have gladly taken it off his hands.  You only have until thursday though, as he's going to give it to Emmau if nobody wants it.  Anyone interested, either reply or send me a private message and I'll arrange with him for you to see it. 

He's also going to be selling a nice little 2 bedroom (with potential to expand) village house, immediately habitable, on mains drainage, with barn, garage and small garden, early next year.  Thought I'd mention it in case anyone is looking and wants to avoid agency fees.  I'm sure he'd be glad to show it to anyone genuinely interested between now and then.  He's not sure how much yet but hopes to get somewhere in the region of 80K - 90K Euros to go towards a little bungalow near their grand-daughter in St. Sulpice.
