nomoss
In the process of transferring money between accounts today I see that there was a change made in the procedure for adding new recipients on 24/03/14.I had not noticed this previously, as the message only seems to appear on the "Virement" page, so I mention it in case others have also not noticed. For transfers within France there is now a delay of 72 hours to add new recipients on line, while for transfers outside France it is now no longer possible to add new recipients on line. This presumably will also apply to other CA regions. Gardengirl
We noticed the delay a few days ago when doing a transfer for a refund to a member of an association we belong to. So now new members have to be warned there will be a delay.
nomoss
The delay is not in making the transfer. It is a delay before new recipients can be added to your list.
Gardengirl
That's right, they have to wait longer than we'd experienced before when adding new recipients.
NormanH
I had this delay last month when I needed to transfer money to a notaire and blddy nuisance it was too..To add new recipients abroad online I had to go into my branch and sign something to give me additional permissions to do it.Is that now revoked? Perhaps they found a security risk, which is now avoided.Fortunately our CA branch is only a couple of hundred yards away now we have moved into town. NormanH
Of course if you send a virement abroad from your branch you are charged whereas if you do it online it is free...
