Kevinmc
There's Castellum in chatty ponsac - nothing exciting, but alwaysopen, there's also a restaurant done by the old station, which I trieda couple of months ago, and was good, but the same menu last monthsuggested the chef didn't know the basics.the restaurant in Rancon is amazing. It was dull formula, but thecurrent chef is brilliant. €25 four course menu - just the starter -asperge trioligie - green spears on a bed of prawn, white apsparagusmouse and - wait for it- asparagus sorbet. and it works !!That'll do for starters. Kevinmc
Better to pop in and make a reservation - they can handle it as I've seen them deal with 2 parties of 8 at the same time, but most restaurants prefer big parties to book.
