Jollity Farm
Well here we are proud owners of our own little bit of France, although the house was a bit like the Marie Celeste when we walked in, all the previous owners stuff as it was left! Many thanks to Mary and Richard who we stayed with at Le Hibou- lovely hosts with a wealth of local knowledge and perfect to stay with till we found our feet pm me anyone who wants their details. Neighbours want to buy a small piece of land for access to their property- anyone advise me on how to do this- do we need estate agent or can we deal direct with the notaire? Interesteing to see all the cheques change hands at the signing in England you never see any money change hands when you buy and sell
