We were not alerted until our visitors'departure and the problem was immediately identified as a broken belt.Our local repairshop quoted 1 week to get the part...I found this internet supplier who identified the part number within 15mn of my email and I placed the order on Friday afternoon (24/05). I received the order today (30/05) and the washing machine in back in action! Had the Post Office been faster in delivering the Registered letter, I would have received it on Saturday, less than 24hours after placing the order...And the name of this exception to French Customer Service?http://e.noel57.free.fr/I am delighted with the prompt service and they are certainly worth bearing in mind for future use...EDIT: link updated to reflect the new website address Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
