In the section called "Que faire en cas de ...", find out about how to change your operator, about loss of services, moving, litigation, theft, travel abroad... The last section "J'ai un problème" helps you resolve problems concerning difficulties of access, unbundling, billing, protection ofpersonal data, among others...
