Lady in car pulling out of turning...not unnormal.

Cat in car...not that unnormal

Cat walking across the top of the dashboard...very abnormal

AND it's true. If only i could make-up such 'picturesque situations' and the best thing is the driver seemed to think and act like this was an every day event and the shocking thing is that it is, in all probability.
