This requires no reduction in liquid alchol intake but through a carefully controlled regieme of exercise will ensure a loss of at least 20 kilos over the one month period required to build a pool.Stage 1 - Obtain planing permision for the pool but ensure no readymix lorrys, JCBs , tractors or similar devices can get within a kilometre of the pool.Stage 2 - Recruit ex colleague who last did any manual work building the double garage base of your house 22 years ago.Stage 3 - Via a cunning combination of cement mixing and barrowing ensure idiot recruit for Stage 2 is totalling wornout by 18:30 each evening.
