The Swimming Pool Diet

For those concerned about saging stomachs and declining pecs drive can I commend the swimming pool diet. This requires no reduction in liquid alchol intake but through a carefully controlled regieme of exercise will ensure a loss of at least 20 kilos over the one month period required to build a pool.

Stage 1 - Obtain planing permision for the pool but ensure no readymix lorrys, JCBs , tractors or similar devices can get within a kilometre of the pool.

Stage 2 - Recruit ex colleague who last did any manual work building the double garage base of your house 22 years ago.

Stage 3 - Via a cunning combination of cement mixing and barrowing ensure idiot recruit for Stage 2 is totalling wornout by 18:30 each evening.   

Satge 4 - Repeat Stage 3 until death or weight loss complete then revert to Stage 2  

It worked for my ex boss

At least this diet is ongoing!!Think of all the exercise actually USING the pool afterwards! Well, lying on your lilo,with a glass of the red IS exercise isn't it?
