I wasn't sure whether it was Cook or Cooke and didn't bother to look it up.BTW, there is a good article in today's Times on line on the race. Apparently, even the being left behind at the end was part of a game plan. She fell behind in order to save her legs for the final assault.When I lived in South Wales, her house was no more than 15 minutes drive from ours.
