Kitty
It's great the way she says "Ot pot"...It's well scripted. It had me guessing why she was in love with someone with a Lancashire accent...

Weedon
I saw that advert on telly last night and "ot pot" made me smile as well.Whether or not Blackpool will attract many French people there (as they hope to) remains to be seen though. I went there once to see the lights, they were fantastic. Not quite Las Vegas but good though. The guest house was a classic, I'd not laughed so much in ages. Us guests had to line up outside the dining room for breakfast because there was a padlock and chain on the door, just like at home, except that ours was on the shed. On balance I think Paris does it for me.

Weedon
A number of good people came out of Blackpool, George Farm, Tony Waiters, Jackie Mudie, Bill Perry, Ernie Taylor, Jimmy Armfield, Stan Mortenson, Harry Johnston and THE Stanley! If you don't know who I mean, you don't know the "Seasiders".[Www]
